About our printed fabrics and process – We used silk georgette, habotai silk, cotton jersey and bamboo/cotton for our first group of scarves. We uploaded designs to two online textile design companies - Karma Kraft and Spoonflower. It was a pleasure to work with both companies, where service was prompt and professional. Because we wished to create more silk and cotton jersey scarves, we ultimately ordered most of our scarves from Karma Kraft, a recently created company, registered in Raleigh, North Carolina and located in Hangzhou, China. They print with reactive dyes that can print on silk. It was great fun working with them!
